Privacy policy.

When you contact us: name, WhatsApp or phone number, email, company, and the message you write in the forms, along with the page where the form was submitted. If you prefer to reach out via WhatsApp or email, we receive the data you provide through those channels.

When you browse, only if you accept metrics: pages visited, referring site, load time, IP address, approximate location (city, state, and country, estimated from the IP), device type, browser, operating system, and a random browser identifier. This data stays on our own server; we do not use Google Analytics or advertising cookies.

We do not request sensitive data and the site is not intended for anyone under 18 years old.

• Respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes, and conduct commercial conversations.
• Deliver contracted services and maintain client relationships.
• Understand which pages are useful and improve site content and performance.
• Protect the site from abuse, such as automated form submissions.
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

We process data based on the grounds in Article 7 of the LGPD:

• Pre-contractual procedures and contract execution, when you request contact, a quote, or hire a service.
• Consent, for navigation metrics. You can withdraw consent at any time in “Cookie preferences” in the footer.
• Legitimate interest, for site security and fraud prevention.
• Legal obligation, when the law requires information to be retained.

We do not sell or rent personal data. We only share what is necessary with:

• Providers who operate the site infrastructure, such as hosting, servers, and email delivery, under confidentiality obligations.
• WhatsApp (Meta), when you choose to communicate there; in this case, WhatsApp's privacy policy also applies.
• Public authorities, when required by law or court order.

Some providers may store data outside Brazil. When this happens, we require safeguards compatible with the LGPD.

Contact data is kept for as long as the commercial conversation or contract lasts and, after that, for the period needed to meet legal obligations and exercise rights in proceedings. Navigation metrics are kept as long as needed for analysis and are reviewed periodically. Once the purposes are fulfilled, data is deleted or anonymized.

You can request, at any time: confirmation that we process your data, access to your data, correction of incomplete or outdated data, anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data, portability, information about who we share data with, deletion of data processed with consent, and review of your consent choices.

Send your request to contato@quatroventos.com.br. We may ask for identity confirmation before responding. We reply within 15 days. You can also file a complaint with the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

The site uses encrypted connection (HTTPS), access to the management panel is restricted and password-protected, and data is stored on servers with backups. No system is completely immune to incidents; if any incident significantly affects your data, we will notify you and the ANPD as required by law.
